Normal map for cockpit flight control panel

Description

More than any other part of the plane, the flight control panel required high poly components to create the best appearance of texture detail. This normal map was converted to a cavity map and integrated into the diffuse on two separate layers – one multiplied one overlaid. This allows the normal map detail to be used even when the game does not support normal maps.
